1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first seven (7) days of your initial plan, contact us for a full refund of that period — no questions asked.

2. Recurring Plans

After the initial period, plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. Advertising Spend

Ad spend paid directly to platforms is governed by those platforms and is not refundable by Forest Mantray.

4. How to Request

Email us with your account details and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
